I did also look a bit in others bhunp clothes mods, like the minidress by the bhunp author, and found that most of the clothes mods have a 1stperson mesh for the arm. Navigate to group filters and look for the following in the menu: BHUNP: Merc Rogue BHUNP CBBE: Merc Rogue CBBE Merc Rogue CBBE (Physics) UUNP: Merc Rogue UUNP Merc Rogue UUNP (Physics) Once selected. Once installed launch Bodyslide and Outfit Studio. BHUNP Download any conversion of your choosing with any mod manager ( Vortex, MO, NMM). Didn't bother fixing gloves such it was done on different conversion on Nexus, you can try to compare or combine mine with it. Practical Pirate Outfit - converted to BHUNP, esl-merged with SMP skirt addon, repaired plugin, loosened filles, created new bodyslides for boots. Won't update anything else from this mod.
